Actress Yvonne Nelson Survives Food Poisoning

Ghanaian star actress Yvonne Nelson on Friday night escaped death after her food was poisoned on her birthday and some few hours away from her trip to Paris. Sources have it that she was rushed to the hospital at about 12:30am were she was told it was food poisoning and was swiftly taken care of.
The question now is was she really poisoned or was it just has a result of food poisoning as this still remained uncertain.

Dencia Involved In A Car Accident

Cameroonian singer Dencia was last Friday rushed to the hospital in LA after involved in a car accident. The singer just left Nigeria were she came to promote her new single Beri Beri.

The news came from her manager Toni Payne who tweeted about the singer's ordeal and how she's in a stable condition.

Its Amazing to see Nigeria Entertainers get National recognition.  President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday  presented  Nollywood stars Stephanie okereke, Genevieve Nnaji, osita Iheme(pawpaw), with National honours in Abuja . Neato C has taken a giant step into the next level , him and his girlfriend Nicole Chukwueke, who he has been dating now for over a year is planning a 2012 wedding. According to news Neato C took few of his family members to the Lagos home of his girlfriend for an official introduction  which took place on the 31st of Oct 2011. Congrats to them !  but i hope this wont be once again another celebrity marraige.

Izuchukwu Anoliefo Represents Nigeria At Mr Tourism International, Panama

23years old Izuchukwu Anoliefo was Mr Delta State at the 2011 Mr Ideal Pageant where he came second. The 6 ft2 computer science graduate will represent Nigeria at the Mr Tourism International Pageant from January 22-29, 2012 in Panama, Central America.

I'm thinking there should be more male beauty competitions.

Actor Jim Iyke in court over N15 million fraud And Beating Up Elderly Lady

Sometimes you hear some stories and wish they'll be false. It's been less than two weeks since Jim Iyke showed off his exotic cars and also collections from his new fashion line, Untamed Closet, hence we concluded all was going well for the actor, but earlier this week a report from  234next.com read:-

A Film actor, Jim Iyke, 35, was on Thursday arraigned before an Abuja Chief Magistrates' Court charged with N15 million fraud. 

The Police Prosecutor, Mr Chijoke Okezie, told the court that on Aug. 8, Habiba Abubakar wrote a petition to the Inspector General of Police (IG) to investigate the fraud.

He said that investigation into the case revealed that the accused, a resident of Sunnyville Estate, Abuja, deceived Abubakar into acquiring 15 per cent equity shares to the tune of N15 million from his company, Untamed Records Ltd. 

Okezie said the accused admitted that the complainant paid the money into his Oceanic Bank account No. 00500173691, deviating from his initial plan of investment and converted the money to his personal use. 

He added that when the complainant confronted the accused, he resorted to beating her and threatened to kill her.

The case is said to have been adjourned till December 9th to enable the police complete their investigation. I wonder what the said investigation will reveal.
